Personal:

Started running seriously in March 2010. Married 22 years to a hot momma and we have 3 boys, 1 sweet girl, 2 dogs, 3 2 0 1 cat, and 6     4 5 6 3 5 3 1 2 0 chickens (until Spring 2019 when we'll start over). As of September 2018 I'm looking for work... yay. I'm on the local School Board.

5 miles in the foggy morning mist. Fairly magical and no breeze so not too cold. 30 degrees but no wind made for a pretty nice run, especially as I was expecting to half freeze.

Noon: went to Boot Camp. I need to rebuild strength in my core and upper body. It kicked my upper body butt. I could barely lift my arms above my head to wash my hair afterwards. Fun.

Simple solution: shave your bonce and you don't need to worry too much about washing your hair.

Thanks Bam. It feels fan-frickin-tastic to be back to my normal rhythm of going to bed a bit early, getting up a bit early, and going for a run. I like feeling slightly worn out at the end of the day and I was missing that in a major way. As I type this I'm knackered after having done two workouts today. I don't know how you do it mate, day in and day out. You're a rock star!
