4 miles from the Y. Started off with a plan to do 9-9:30 miles but then saw two women from work ahead of me and I had to catch them, so cranked it up to a 7:30 pace for a mile or so and of course I had to keep that pace after I passed them otherwise I'd look stupid. After hitting the end of the street I turned around and slowed my pace. It was a tough couple miles to finish up the run. I think I'm still not fully healed from my race 10 days ago plus I was feeling it from pushing at the beginning of the run. Anyhow, felt good and gave my lungs a nice stretch.

Did 3 sets of squats, shoulders, and curls afterwards and 1:00 plank.

Dumb ladies making you run faster than you planned...

I rationalized that it was Tuesday and that's always a good day for a speed day. Right?

Def. Tuesday=speed or easy or cross training or rest. You made a very good choice. Are you going to find a 10k or something before your half?

I'm hoping to do a 10K mid June but I might have to go to a Scout Camporee thing that weekend. It's tough finding races in Billings and even tougher to find Saturday races, but I can hopefully do a June race.
