6  miles. Snowed a skiff again this morning. A bit warmer but still windy and cold. Kept it steady today but legs were a bit tired. Looking forward to a break tomorrow, 10 on Friday, 18 on Saturday. Haven't done more than 14 since the last marathon.

Russ, take a look at your year in the graph view, week view. Very consistent, but it's time to start getting some more bumps.

Kam, good call. The bump is beginning. Last week was supposed to be 40 miles but I cut it by 5 due to a weekend away. This week should be 44, then 48, step back to 36, then 52, 54, 56, 38, then the 50K. I'm not sure I'll hit all those big mile weeks as it's a busy time but the mileage will be increasing.

You the man, Russ. Since I can't settle on a race, the only thing I'm prepping for is the last half of Desnews. I'll be ready!

Sweet! I was thinking this morning during my run about your pacing me and how much I appreciate it. I'm looking forward to it! Bring on the semi-cool 24th of July weather. I can wish, right?

Good luck on the Saturday run. I hope the weather is good for you. Ha ha...I went and looked at my "Graph View", it's all different colors. :-)

Preston, your weekly graph is a great mixture of miles. You had some serious miles the past month! It paid off in droves too.

Our weather has changed here for the better, and we should hit 60s today and maybe 70s tomorrow. Saturday's run is looking good. I'm excited about being in San Antonio next week. That will be a nice sweat fest, in a really good way.

Sorry, now it looks like you might be getting really nice weather next week here in San Antonio. :-(
