3 easy miles, AP 9:05. Had some crazy dreams last night. All I know is I'm staying away from Subway and Hospitals as bad things happened. Then again, I was playing Modern Warfare 2 just before going to bed, but having crazy dreams after that is probably just a coincidence not a portent of things to come. Right?

1X110 seconds plank, 30 pushups. Planks are much easier when not looking at the seconds tick by, like I normally do. Lately I've been doing them during family scripture reading and I just wait for the clock on my iPod to change to the next minute, or wait until my kids read a certain verse. And they are not the fastest readers in the world when trying to pronounce Book of Mormon names like Morianton or Amalickiah. Makes for good planks.

I wonder if yours was tendinitis? I've had something similar closer to the big toe - that tendon that runs from the shin muscle to there.

Mine seems like it's over a few toes...there are tendons there but they really only ever get irritated if you have your shoelaces tied to tight.

Thanks for the reference - if I'm back to running this quickly, I'll be a happy dude. Alternatively, maybe I'll get my kids to read me the Book of Mormon too.. And the Quran, bible, and Torah...cover all the bases.

Haha, too funny about the Book of Mormon. Read away! I've got two young men or women who would love to come read with you! Lol.

Mine was on the top of the foot, right in the middle of the laces. Asked a PT friend at the time and he just gave me that look and said "there's no tendons or ligaments in that spot." Thankfully the pain didn't last long but definitely hurt with each step when walking to work, that's when I knew to give it up for a while.
