3 TM miles at the Y this morning. Also this morning I signed up for the 50 mile Bighorn trail run. All the races will quickly fill up this am and the 100M is already full. Amazing.

Noon: Boot camp at the Y. Pretty tired after as I haven't done a double in a long while.

Now you've committed ... train, train, train!

No doubt! My training plan is on my calendar and ready to roll, starting February 2nd. Not sure I'll hit all the mileage but I rarely do. It has me maxing out at back-to-back 28 mile runs (with 12 the day before) and I'll definitely get at least one of those. The plan has my long runs back to back, then a break. So, 20 miles Saturday, 20 miles the next Saturday, then 10 miles, then 22, 22, 10, 24, 24, 10, 26, 26, 10, 28, 28, 10. Yowzers! I'm not going for an amazing time, just a finish, so I'll train as much as I can without killing me or my family time.
