Adrenaline 18 Miles: 5.00 |

| | 2 recumbent bike miles, then 3 elliptical miles at a solid pace. My headband was wet when done. A good workout. My left calf has been feeling good the past few days, but I don't want to push it. I'll hold off on running until I get to San Antonio this weekend. I look forward to running on the riverwalk trails. I don't recall why I was there before, but I remember enjoying those runs immensely.

| | 3 more elliptical miles, and it was a solid effort. I look forward to a nice run Saturday morning in San Antonio, and hoping my calf will stay happy with me the rest of the year.
30 situps and for the first time since November, 30 pushups. Left shoulder/traps area is still sore and I need to find exercises to fix it, but didn't start hurting until pushup 15 or so, which is progress.

| | 3 solid elliptical miles, with #2 in the 7s, and #3 in the 6s. I got a good sweat.
30 pushups and situps afterwards. Calf feeling pretty good.
Interesting that my weight this week has been the same to the decimal point. 10-15 lbs more than I want it to be, but interesting no less.

| | No idea how many miles I actually ran due to the tall buildings blocking the gps, but I got lost in the maze of the San Antonio Riverwalk and ran for over an hour trying to find my way back to the hotel. I left my phone holder at home so I decided to leave my phone in the hotel as I didn't want to carry it. Bad idea, but fun run. I finally had to ask a worker on the Riverwalk where my hotel was, and he gave me perfect directions. I didn't realize how obscure the sign and entrance to the hotel was, so I likely ran past it a few times before asking the guy. Calf felt perfect. Yay!
Update: calf is now horrible. Felt a niggle walking to the conference, then while stretching it by doing concentric heel drops I went a little too far down based on how tight it was and I felt something tear, similar to 2 1/2 weeks ago. Not totally limping when walking, but can’t even trot across the road without it hurting. Not sure what to do going from here... Hmph.
