Started running seriously in March 2010. Married 22 years to a hot momma and we have 3 boys, 1 sweet girl, 2 dogs, 3 2 0 1 cat, and 6     4 5 6 3 5 3 1 2 0 chickens (until Spring 2019 when we'll start over). As of September 2018 I'm looking for work... yay. I'm on the local School Board.

Went on my favorite trail today while camping, up past Sioux Charley Lake. Amazing foliage, lots of bugs. Two went in my mouth, and a butterfly landed right between my lips. I blew it away. Lots of plants rubbed my calves along the way.

Got back to my family who were playing in a cove off the river. I got in and cooled off nicely. Gorgeous overcast day.

I'm not sure if the overcast day was from clouds or smoke from a nearby forest fire, but either way I'll take it. We actually were really hoping for sun yesterday as the river was "maybe" 50 degrees. Those mountain rivers do tend to freeze up the joints pretty quick. Thankfully it was warm enough that we didn't all freeze to death, but there were a few goosebumps and shivers around.
