Vegas! Good place to be, for like a day or two. Hopefully you're back now!

I did that run a couple of weeks ago a few times. :-)

Got back last night from 5 days in the mountains elk hunting. Didn't get one but had a great time with my two younger boys and my friends.

Kam, I was able to wear my singlet so while it wasn't hot in the morning it definitely wasn't cold, although judging by some runners wearing long sleeves you would've thought it was a cold spell. They must live in Texas... :)

Joe, you're right, Vegas is good for short visits although I've figured out it's my least favorite city in America. I don't drink, don't smoke, don't gamble, don't go to strip clubs, don't really like shows, and I'm faithful to my wife. What else is there in Vegas???? :) I was only there three days.

Preston, the redeeming quality of Vegas was how many runners were on the strip in the early hours. That was really cool to see so many of my compatriots running past all the glitz and glamour while the crowds were sleeping in the palatial hotels.
