4 TM miles while it was -6 outside. I saw one nutball getting ready to head outside for a run. No thanks, not below zero. Typical progression 4 miles, but with .75 to go went to 6:22 pace, and last .2 miles at 5:44 pace. Felt great.

3X10 curls, triceps, chest, 2X25 abs, 25 pushups.

I've never...ever felt -6 degree weather! Burrrrr

Preston, I was wondering about that today, if my Southern friends had ever experienced this kind of cold. If you've worked in a freezer at a grocery store, it's normally pretty darn cold. Right now it's -12 (the high was -10) and when you walk outside, it takes your breath away (similar to when it's hot & humid outside as I felt that when I lived in Kansas City). What's unique about below zero is when you inhale through your nose, your nose hairs freeze up as you inhale. It's bizarre. At these temps if your eyes are moist at all, your eyelashes start forming ice on them. And this is only walking 2 blocks from my office to my truck. :) Treadmills for the next few days for sure.

Right now it looks like SA is 37 degrees, which is really cold for you. Stay warm. It's all relative. I hope the ice and snow stays away from you as well.

Nice job getting the legs turning over.
