20 miles starting at 12:15 pm. It was good to run in some heat, but it was tough. I am not used to it. From 66 with 58% humidity to 74 with 48% humidity. A decent East wind helped cool me off most of the time. I recently bought a good running visor and I like it a lot. It definitely keeps the sun off my face.

I ran a different route and gained 1370 feet elevation at different times. It was a good run, my last long run before the race. 3 Saturdays from today.

Can't get that kind of elevation gain down here -- nice final LR. Hopefully confidence is increasing.

Thanks allie and Joe. It was a confidence booster in that 20 miles isn't a huge deal anymore. Looking at my weekly mileage I'm definitely under trained but it's all good. I only have 5 weeks over 40 miles with 1 of those over 50. Not the best miles but I'm happy to have squeezed those in with the busyness of my life currently.
