10 miles this morning. I had a tough time getting to sleep last night even though I was exhausted, and I worried all night that I would be too tired to run. Alarm at 5:15 had me feeling rough, and I felt that way until I started running 20 minutes later. As soon as my feet started moving I felt great and knew I'd get at least 9 or 10 miles in. I did my normal 8 mile route and planned on tacking extra onto it. It's a fairly flat route for where I live (only 400 or so feet in elevation change) which is good for tired legs. I left late so I only did 4.5 out, knowing that I could tack on some towards the end. When I got to my road to turn back home I did an extra .5 out and back to get the full 10. I was a bit late getting back but the family woke up late so all was good. I didn't miss breakfast or scriptures with the family.

Thanks for the note. It has been fun using the professional minds of the Suns to help me with my new addiction. They got me through an injury early on and have been a great resource for questions. I am glad you got to take your kids to a Suns v Jazz game. Steve Nash is a pretty amazing guy to see play.

Nash is amazing. Although painful, it was great to see a future HOF player make the final 2 shots and win the game with a last second shot. My kids were impressed as was I.
