Three easy miles in beautiful 60 degree temps. Legs a bit sore from yesterday, which is crazy to me. Guess I haven't done my little squats for a while longer than I thought. When I skip doing them I feel it in my right adductor. It always gives me a little problem but doing these squats helps it. I think the PT said it tears the muscle a bit so then it repairs itself. It's hard to run slowly. I averaged a 9:41 pace and it about killed me to run so slowly. I plan on doing 9 miles tomorrow so wanted to keep the energy level high. Camping out tonight with Connor, my Webelos scout at Cub Day Camp so I might not sleep well. Should be fun.....

So, during my run I was on the sidewalk about to cross at an intersection and some yayhoo pulled way out into the road before stopping, so instead of going in front of him and risk him not seeing me I went behind him, and as I did I caught my toe on the dip in the sidewalk and turned my ankle. Cursed a bit and flipped off the stupid driver (in my mind) and kept going. After a block I felt fine and ran the rest of the way. After sitting for 2 hours and getting up just now it's a bit sore. Not my ankle, but on the right foot just below the ankle towards my heel it's stretched. I'm sure I just pulled something, no big deal. Do I run the 9 miles tomorrow or give it a rest? Decisions, decisions.
