Started running seriously in March 2010. Married 22 years to a hot momma and we have 3 boys, 1 sweet girl, 2 dogs, 3 2 0 1 cat, and 6     4 5 6 3 5 3 1 2 0 chickens (until Spring 2019 when we'll start over). As of September 2018 I'm looking for work... yay. I'm on the local School Board.

4 miles this morning before the winds hit, and before the weekend cold front comes in. I plan on hitting the treadmill for a long run Saturday at the Y. I've only done that once and it was painful. I need to load a movie on my iPod to make the journey seem shorter.

I'm SO not happy with this Saturday storm, I do NOT want to do a TM long run. I may have to go out to the Olympic Oval and run some circles :) Better than the TM, but just barely.

What's up with you, lad? Get out there and run. Character, lad. Character. That's what running in a storm gives you. Character.

Don't go for the soft option. TM's are for... well okay, I don't know what they're for. Maybe they're for running on when the weather's too bad to run outside. Yep, run on the TM and watch the movie; have some pop corn while you're at it. Toffee coated pop corn.

I went clothes shopping yesterday and am feeling much tougher now - thanks Bam. And I can avoid McDonald's also. Who's soft now?

And RAD, I think I'd go for the Oval option above the TM anytime, although circles are just as bad, and there's no TV in front of you. Hmmm... or I'll just brave the snow and go for it.
