4 TM miles at the gym during lunch. You know, I don't mind the TM so much anymore. I keep getting sick when I run outside and I'm tired of the wind. In the gym I sweat a lot but other than that it's mostly positive. We've got new large TVs to watch, always something good to watch, and I can force myself to run a certain speed without having to glance at my watch to see if I'm keeping pace. I will get back outside next week but I'm kind of enjoying it.

Did most of my run at 7.1, bumped to 8.0 for 1/2 mile or so, then decided to mix in some speed work in the middle of a workout. Ran at 10.0 for a quarter mile, then rested at a 7.0 for .15 miles, then back to 8.0. The last quarter mile I did at a 10.2, maxing to a 12.2 for the last few strides. Man, I wish I could sustain that speed. It's fun to have that kind of turnover and I can't imagine doing that for an entire race but would love to. Maybe in my next life?

Did 1X60 plank during scriptures this morning and 25 pushups before my shower. After the TM I did 1X60 plank, L side plank, R side plank. Ah. Love shaking uncontrollably for the last 15 seconds.
