| | 5 miles from home on a cold, foggy morning. Weather app said 38, but I think it was colder than that. Wore a running top then my new medium weight cold weather top - has a hood, no zipper, and long sleeves. It was perfect for these temps. I need new thin mitt gloves. These work fine, but would like a mitt to cover my thumbs.

| | 4 miles from home. 15 degrees warmer than yesterday, which throws me off mentally. Wore my warmish tights, a long sleeved shirt, and thin gloves. Could've gone with shorts and a t-shirt and been fine. Was doing lots of thinking about a job interview later this morning, so I ran slower times, but got some good thoughts of what to focus on during this 2nd round.

| | Much welcome rest day. My throat is scratchy, nose runs more than normal when I'm running, but it is colder, so I don't think it's a cold. I actually took a nap today, a rarity. Hoping if I am getting sick, rest will knock it out.

| | 5 miles (I think). GPS was whacked out today, measured me way short. I know I hit 5 miles, maybe more. Felt pretty good. I like cold weather running, and it's starting - it was 31F on this morning's run from the Y. Dressed appropriately as I was slightly chilled until I started sweating, then felt good, and my shirt was fairly wet when done.

| | 10 miles, 38-45F, nice temps. Felt good, kept a solid pace and hit high 6’s in the last mile.
