Personal:

Started running seriously in March 2010. Married 22 years to a hot momma and we have 3 boys, 1 sweet girl, 2 dogs, 3 2 0 1 cat, and 6     4 5 6 3 5 3 1 2 0 chickens (until Spring 2019 when we'll start over). As of September 2018 I'm looking for work... yay. I'm on the local School Board.

Made it 10 this morning. Nice cool morning, 63-57F, 67% humidity, 46 dew point (laughs). Slow going, lotsa miles the past while, and more to come. I'm just going to slog out the miles this week. I have 2 more 50 mile weeks (5, 10, 5, 10, 20) so hopefully on the last one I'll be able to knock out some decent paces.

I decided to take a rest day. My Saturday is booked with a boating trip so I moved everything forward 1 day which would have made no rest. I woke up to go this morning but decided a break would be beneficial as I'm doing 10 tomorrow and 20 Friday, and it's been a lot of miles the past 7 days.

10 miles this morning from home. Perfect weather, 57F with 55% humidity and a 7-8 mph wind. Legs felt a bit better than Tuesday but still a bit sluggish. I expect that will remain for a couple weeks or so.
