| | 2 miles walking from home this morning. Chilly and snowy roads, hopefully it will all melt soon.

| | I found my new routine while my calf is still healing: 10 minutes on the recumbent bike first, then hit the elliptical. I did 3 miles in 10 minutes on the bike, resistance was 10, then an elliptical machine opened up so I did 2 miles there, at resistance of 15, then 16 after a while. I got my sweat on! Didn't think it was possible on the elliptical.

| | 2 miles on the bike, 2 miles on the elliptical, and I was warm, so I used the TM and ran 0.5 miles! No pain - wahoo! Went slow, 10 minute pace, but felt fine. Would've gone more but needed to be somewhere. Cooled down with 50 concentric heel drops - I think these have helped my calf heal the quickest.

| | 2 miles running this morning! Got up early, did some concentric heel drops to get the calves warmed up, then headed out way overdressed, and went very slowly. No watch, but it was a turtle's pace. No pain or niggles, so that's a good sign. Hope to do 4 miles tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

| | 4 miles! It's the furthest in weeks. I was being pulled by our dog Hazel. She's just over 1 year old and the last time I tried to take her she was horrible - ran all over the place, not just straight ahead. She pulled me - the entire way. My arm is sore from trying to pull her back. Bought her a harness later in the day, looking forward to trying her out again. She certainly loved it.
Since then, my quads and legs have been crazy sore. Kind of nice.
