Noon Boot Camp. I could tell pretty quickly that my legs are tired from Saturday's distance and hills. I still pushed it pretty hard, probably a bit too hard. When we finished our stations and started ab work, I realized I was spent so I left. No need to kill myself on the first day of the week when my body's telling me I need a little more rest. Glad I didn't run this morning as I had planned to. Woke up and saw the temps had dropped to 14 F. No thanks, and I knew I was going to do BC today so didn't need the extra mileage. Will hit the road in the morning, temps notwithstanding.

Thrashed from Saturday, but it's going to pay off @ Bighorn and Desnews...

Hopefully true. Any more thoughts on a summer marathon? If you ditch Skyline, maybe you should do DesNews, although it sure would be nice to run next to you the last half.

I remain undecided about Skyline. I'll pick you up wherever you want on DesNews; I'm not running the full distance. It's going to be enough of a task to coax a single worthwhile performance out of myself at Huntsville.

Sounds great. I'm mentally planning on meeting you near Hogle Zoo, about mile 15.5 will be easiest for you to get to. Just out of Emigration Canyon and about to head South up to the golf course.
