Personal:

Started running seriously in March 2010. Married 22 years to a hot momma and we have 3 boys, 1 sweet girl, 2 dogs, 3 2 0 1 cat, and 6     4 5 6 3 5 3 1 2 0 chickens (until Spring 2019 when we'll start over). As of September 2018 I'm looking for work... yay. I'm on the local School Board.

I ran in the evening, which is a very strange time for me to run. Very warm out, 82 degrees, with no breeze to speak of. I ran "naked" and it was kind of nice. No GPS, no headphones, and not even a headband (bad idea). I could tell that my effort was good as I was breathing pretty heavy. Ended with a strong effort.

You could just wipe the sweat with your hand and then flick it to the ground. Naked running is great. I've run naked for the last couple months. Sometimes the GPS actually slows you down. 6 days more...

That hand-sweat-wiping thing is way overrated. I'd much rather have a rag hold all the sweat so I can take pleasure in wringing copious amounts of said sweat from said rag. Much more fun.

And true about the GPS slowing me down. I use it as a sort of arresting device so I don't go too fast and hurt myself.
