6 outside before work. I think I felt the lack of outdoor miles as it was harder than it should've been and I walked for a few minutes at the turnaround. I never do that, but that was when my regular 6 mile route was outside. Lately it's been on the TM with no wind and no undulating roads and conditions. Need more of that.

I am in your same boat. Trying to transition for TM to outside and not doing very well. Any suggestions or tricks? Or just do it?

Just do it has worked for me. This happened a couple years ago but it was worse. After 2-3 weeks of my normal outside routes I was back to normal. Good luck!

Just start walking on the treadmill! Or even better, stand on the rails while the belt keeps spinning to add to your total. Then the walking breaks outside will be part of your new normal.

Kam, your level of genius knows no bounds.
