Not get super fat, and qualify for Boston before I'm 50 (April 2023).
Started running seriously in March 2010. Married 22 years to a hot momma and we have 3 boys, 1 sweet girl, 2 dogs, 320 1 cat, and 64563531 2 new chickens (spring 2018) who have yet to lay eggs. My day job is Learning Architect for a regional bank in MT, WY, SD, OR, ID, and WA. In May 2017 I joined our local School Board as a Trustee for a 3 year term.
4 miles! TM at the Y, 1% incline. Similar to yesterday. 6 mph 1/2 mile, 6.5 1/2 mile, 7.0 1 mile, 7.5 1 mile, 8.0 3/4 mile, then faster last 1/4 mile. 5 minute cool down.
30 situps, 25 pushups, 10 pullups.

4! nice workout all around. i've tried many times, and i can't do one pullup

Thanks! And I've always been fascinated about the pullup thing, as most women, no matter how fit, have a hard time with them. Searched the web and found this tidbit. Women have 40% less muscle mass in their upper extremities than men. So strange.
