Personal:

Started running seriously in March 2010. Married 22 years to a hot momma and we have 3 boys, 1 sweet girl, 2 dogs, 3 2 0 1 cat, and 6     4 5 6 3 5 3 1 2 0 chickens (until Spring 2019 when we'll start over). As of September 2018 I'm looking for work... yay. I'm on the local School Board.

nice job with the long run. a few more of these and i bet you'll start feeling more confident about your marathon goals.

You're a nice lady. My year of not running much has caught up with me, and it shows through. Being 43 doesn't help either. No worries, I know I'll feel better if I can complete all 3 20 milers that are planned before SGM.

And yes, that's my house in the background. We have 5 acres as does everyone in the "neighborhood" and I love the space. The dirt roads and having to haul our own water are sometimes challenging (there are no wells, too deep) but I love it. And I can run 20 miles from my house and only pass a few vehicles. That's nice.
