| | 6 miles from home at 1 pm - lotsa meetings. Not too cold or windy, but it’s relative - 31 might be freezing for some, but without much wind it was my midweight tights and my mid weight top, plus a hat and mittens.

| | 4 fast miles at 11 am, as I needed to be back for a phone meeting. This working from home gig helps me run during light, which is fantastic.

| | Went to lunch with a friend, so no time for a run. With the schedule for my new job I'm quickly learning I either need to get up at 5 and run in the dark, or run at noon. I'll plan on running at noon... :)

| | 6 miles at noon. Just under 20 degrees, but full sun, so I was quite warm as I have the right clothes. I drenched the headband and hat, which is a good thing. I hate being cold on runs. Fairly good turnover.

| | Nearly 10 miles on a route I have only run a few times in my life. It is on too busy of a road for my tastes: I prefer passing about 5 cars in 90 minutes. I had about 50 cars pass me on this run, which is silly for most of you who live in a city, but I prefer the solitude of my country runs. The GPS whacked out on me today, as it has done in the past, so I never knew my true mileage. After it uploaded to Strava I see what happened - for some reason it locked into a location a mile plus down the road from me, so at 0.5 miles it had me at 2.0 miles - so odd.

| | 6 miles at lunch time. Bright sun, 39 or so, it was fairly nice. A bit windy, but not bad at all.

| | 6 from home this afternoon. GPS never connected, ran by feel. Crazy warm, 50+ degrees, stripped off the long sleeve shirt on the return trip and I was still dripping sweat when I got home.

| | 3.5 miles on the TM in my home office, then couldn’t take it anymore so I headed outside to finish. Singlet & shorts with no gloves on Dec 20th. I love it. Won’t last long, but I’ll take it.

| | Finally felt like running again, felt good, but it’s a pain to run on snowy roads. Should clean up a bit this weekend. Cold at 17 degrees, but no wind, so it wasn’t bad. Very foggy, so almost 100% humidity which caused the cool ice covered eyebrows and eyelashes, and my running clothes had frozen beads on them - fun actually. Surprised I didn’t gain weight after eating a lot and running none the last week.

| | 6 from home. Again snowy and cold, so I wore my Nanospikes and it was much better, but still deep so not much traction on the side of the road, so not too fast. Around 22F, 7F with wind chill. Properly layered, so not cold. Loooove my new Gordini silk mittens. I give two thumbs up (cuz mittens only have thumbs).

| | I had to work today, and wanted to be off early so I didn't have time for my last run of the year.
