3 miles this morning in a decent SW wind. Not so bad going out, but in the face on the way back. It was nice being a South breeze as it wasn't too cold. About 28 out with a skiff of snow and the wind didn't freeze my face. Weird.

AP: 9:03.

Noon Boot Camp. Calves still very sore from last time's calf raises. Did some good exercises today, but couldn't finish some of them. My neck is really sore (trapezius? is giving me troubles) so making life a bit uncomfortable. Need to go see the chiropractor. I'm able to run and do most exercises. I think it was a rolling ab exercise from Monday that did the trick. Maybe I'll make the phone call...

Sounds pretty chilly. Did you ever track down a treadmill?

Actually not too bad this morning - warmest run in a while. I thought I found a treadmill but it was only a 16" belt and I knew that wouldn't work for me. The 20" ones at the Y I nearly come off on when I'm watching TV. I'll keep looking, but I invested in some warmer clothes and that keeps me happy. On bad days I can hit the Y. I'm much more of a morning runner - not sure I could do the night runs like is your forte.

Maybe Santa will come through for you. I'm not really sure what you mean by forte, but I think you are talking about the injured Chicago Bears running back. You know, he's in a contract year, leading the NFL in yards from scrimmage, so of course he gets hurt.

I had Forte on my fantasy team last year and he came through for me every week that he sat on my bench. Ugh. Should've drafted him this year. But fantasy drafting isn't my forte.
