| | Instead of being in Utah, I was in Montana, for whom the 24th of July is a day in the latter part of July. And I am okay with that. I ran on the TM at Noon and am happy for the working fan on the wall.

| | 6 miles this fine morning. Nice and cool at 64, but I could've done with more of a side breeze. (I just checked the NWS page and it was actually 58 degrees this morning, but 65% humidity - no wonder I was sweating with the oldies! That's crazy high humidity for us Western folks.)
