3 elliptical miles this morning. Rolled out the left calf before starting, seemed to help a tiny bit, then did 2 bike miles before starting out. Calf felt okay but definitely could feel it. Went quite a bit slower than yesterday and didn't get a massive sweat on like yesterday, but still some moisture.

15 curls (25), 10 presses (45), 30 pushups, 60 sec plank, 5 pullups, rolled out both legs.

Russ, just saw that you're in San Antonio. I imagine your body is not well adapted to the warm and humid, which seems to pervade even in the hotel gym. I imagine you're staying in downtown by the Riverwalk and missions. Enjoy it all! I grew up there and really enjoy visiting the downtown area. Lots of good places to eat in that area too.

Keep up the good work ... It will come!

Are you still in SA?

Sorry, missed both of these last week. San Antonio was fantastic! Staying on the Riverwalk was the highlight, as so much to do, and could walk to the conference center just on the Riverwalk. Loved it. We flew back Tuesday the 10th. My only regret was my calf hurt after my Saturday run, so I couldn't fully enjoy running at lower elevations. And we had cold temps while we were there, so I was spared the heat and humidity which killed me when we lived in Kansas City 15 years ago. Now I need to bring my wife with me to SA as she would love it. I didn't realize how SA is on everyone's bucket list - everyone I've told that I went there has said "I'd love to get there someday" or "I loved it there." Great city.
