Not get super fat, and qualify for Boston before I'm 50 (April 2023).

Personal:

Started running seriously in March 2010. Married 22 years to a hot momma and we have 3 boys, 1 sweet girl, 2 dogs, 3 2 0 1 cat, and 6     4 5 6 3 5 3 1 2 0 chickens (until Spring 2019 when we'll start over). As of September 2018 I'm looking for work... yay. I'm on the local School Board.

I started feeling rough last night, and after a few hours of work in the morning I took a nap from 10:30-11:30, then again from 12:30-5. Ugh.

After rallying late last night and finally feeling normal, I thought I'd do better at work today. I didn't. Still worked a full day, but off and on, and most of it was while lying in bed. One of the great benefits of working from home. Not sure when I'll run again. Finally dawned on me today that I have the flu - thankfully I got a flu shot, as this was mild compared to how I've had the flu in the past; no fever, slept well, just terribly fatigued.

Skiing. A lot. Lots of vert, double black diamonds, harder than I’ve ever done before. Legs were sore, esp quads, and still sore. Great powder day with 40” snow the 5 days before.
